Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.
Perhaps the most anticipated new show of the season, this series comes to us from the world of Marvel Comics and fantasy mastermind Joss Whedon (that’s right, Mr. Buffy), further detailing the world inhabited by that bunch of superheroes known as the Avengers. With Nashville’s Chloe Bennet and Scotish import Iain De Caestecker, the series is set to premiere on Tuesdays on ABC.
The Biggest Loser
Season 15 of TBL will see a familiar reality TV face hoping to shed some pounds: Ruben Studdard, the Season 2 champion of American Idol! Follow Ruben and other Loser hopefuls as they sweat it out, starting on Tuesday, October 8th on NBC.
This one looks like a real hoot. A period family sitcom dating back to the 80s, The Goldbergs features X Factor’s Hayley Orrantia and Troy Gentile from Hotel for Dogs and The Suite Life of Zack and Cody. It will premiere on Tuesday nights on ABC.
Another spin-off, this CW entry for Tuesday nights will focus on the ‘Original’ family of vampires from The Vampire Diaries, and will star Joseph Morgan and Charles Michael Davis. We’re expecting something truly fang-tacular.
Taking the unorthodox perspective of the young and pretty new wife (Malin Akerman), this ABC sitcom slated for Tuesdays follows a reformed party girl who must deal with her new hubby’s three manipulative children (Albert Tsai from How I Met Your Mother, Super 8’s Ryan Lee and Modern Family’s Gianna LePera) and two judgmental ex-wives.
