If you’ve ever wanted a podcast to learn from the stars and get BTS moments from your favorite shows and movies, you’ve come to the right place!
Joely has been in the entertainment world since she was just five years old, first appearing in campaigns for Tommy Hilfiger, Vogue, Gap, and Barbie. By 10, she was a Sports Illustrated Kids Reporter and even walked the runway for SI Swim in 2022. Joely’s latest hit venture is Pucker Up, a digital series where guests have to power through six levels of sour candy, tackling juicy questions. She has amassed over 300 million views and also edits her own videos! Follow Pucker Up on YouTube here.
“[Pucker Up] is a new source for Gen Z to figure out what is going on in the world.”
Joely first worked for Young Hollywood, which is a video news network focused on celebrities, influencers and lifestyles but she had always had the dream of one day working for herself. She started Pucker Up and posted consistently and the show has blown up in the past few months!
“I wanted to work for myself and have my own show.”
The inspiration behind the digital series came from Jolie’s love of sour candy, and she revealed her favorite level of sour candy in Pucker Up is level 5. Joely absolutely loves doing candy hauls and she also has loved seeing fans of the show post themselves doing candy hauls too.
“Level 5 of the sour candy is the juiciest question.”
There have been so many groundbreaking moments in the series, but Joely said interviewing Malachai Barton from Zombies 4 was a pivotal moment in the series and her favorite stars have been asking juicy dating and crushes questions to the entire Zombies 4 cast because they are so fun to be around.
“Looking back, the moment that definitely changed the course of the show was interviewing Malachai Barton.”
Audiences help dictate who is on the show, so if you have a dream guest, let Joely know! She loves to keep audiences guessing from one episode to the next and she said her favorite part of Pucker Up is realizing that big stars and her audience are literally the same, and anyone can have fun talking about crushes and dating while eating the best and sour candy.
“You just have new friends everyday, that is the best part.”
Joely was such a joy to chat with and we are so excited to keep tuning in to Pucker Up! And once again, this podcast is for you, the fans!
