1. The Scorch Trials

The second installment in The Maze Runner Series is finally here!!! In theaters September 18th, The Scorch Trials follows Thomas and the other Gladers on their journey outside the maze that leads them to a desolate place known as The Scorch where they seek to discover the mysteries surrounding an entity known as WKCD.

2. Once Upon a Time

Everyone’s favorite fairy tale characters are back this fall on ABC. Find out what’s going on in Storybrook in the 5th season premiere of OUAT on Sunday, September 27th!!!

3. Leona Lewis, I Am

Brit pop queen Leona Lewis has a new album titled simply I Am set for release on September 11th from Island Records. Check out the single “Thunder” from I Am below!

4. The Muppets TV Show

The Muppets finally return to the small screen, but in a slightly different format than we are used to. This time around, the muppets will be the subject of a documentary-style show in the style of The Office and Parks and Rec. For the first time ever, a series will explore the Muppets’ personal lives including romances, breakups, and professional achievements. The Muppets premieres Tuesday, September 22nd also on ABC!

5. Zeroes, by Scott Westerfeld, Margo Lanagan, and Deborah Biancotti

This new novel out in bookstores on September 29th has a very exciting and unique premise. Ethan, aka “Scam,” has the unique ability to say things, courtesy of a mysterious voice, that he couldn’t possibly know, a talent which obviously has the knack for getting Ethan into trouble. To get out of said trouble, Ethan finds himself forced to reconnect with his former group of friends, the self-named “zeros” who also all possess similarly double-edged abilities. Even though they all hate Ethan for their own reasons, they end up entangled in an epic, whirlwind adventure in an effort to fix Ethan’s mess.

6. Library of Souls, by Ransom Riggs

The third installment in the Miss Peregrine’s Peculiar Children Series, Library of Souls, is the conclusion of the series, and it finds our heroes Jacob and Emma forced to take command as Miss Peregrine’s is still in danger. See how the series ends, in bookstores September 22nd.

7. Scream Queens

From the creative force behind American Horror Story and Glee (Ryan Murphy and Brad Falchuk) comes this black comedy take on the slasher genre. Set amidst the backdrop of sorority life at a university plagued by violent murders, this thing has everybody in it: Emma Roberts, Lea Michelle, Ariana Grande, Abigail Breslin, Oliver Hudson, Nasim Pedrad, Nick Jonas, and even original Scream Queen Jamie Lee Curtis. 8. Hotel Transylvania 2

Just in time for Halloween, the sequel to the 2012 hit is finally here featuring the voices of Selena Gomez and Andy Samberg. In theaters September 25th!!!

9. Faking It

Dying to find out what’s going on with couple-but-not-a-couple Karma and Amy? Faking It is finally back on MTV premiering Monday, August 31st!!!

10. Lana Del Rey, Honeymoon

The maudlin/gothy/introspective indie singer songwriter returns with some her characteristic dark jams on new album Honeymoon due out September 18th. To tide you over until then so you don’t start self-harming, several singles from Honeymoon are already available for streaming including the track “High By the Beach” featured below.

11. Cinderella on DVD

Disney’s live action adaptation of its animated classic hits DVD/BluRay/streaming on September 15th. Relive the magic night over and over again with stars Lily James, Cate Blanchett, and Richard Madden.

12. Awkward

As Jenna’s time in high school draws to a close in the 5th and final season of Awkward, see what’s she and her awkward pals have planned for the next chapter in their lives. Season premiere Monday, August 31st on MTV.

13. The Hired Girl, by Laura Amy Schlitz

Over the summer of 1911, 14 year old Joan pours her heart out into her diary as she seeks a new, better life for herself. She is only a girl cleaning and cooking for six dollars a week, but like the heroins of all her favorite novels, Joan dreams of being a woman with a future. A feminist take on the struggles of like in an industrializing era, The Hired Girl hits bookstores on September 9th.

14. Heroes Reborn

Noah Bennett returns to NBC, finally, after all these years!!! And so do some other old faces from the original series–Noah Gray-Cabey playing Micah Sanders–as well as some brand new faces–like Francesca Eastwood and Zachary Levi. Check out this long-awaited reboot premiering Thursday, September 24th.

15. Switched at Birth

New episodes of this ABC Family drama are finally back for Fall!!! Tune in on Mondays to see the latest in the lives of Daphne and Bay.

16. Ella Eyre, Feline

Brit songstress Ella Eyre, who you probably know from her collaboration with Brit drum and bass act Rudimental, releases her new full-length album album Feline Friday, August 28th. Check out the video for “Gravity,” her collaboration with DJ Fresh off of Feline to get you pumped for this Brit invasion.

17. Furious 7 DVD

Adrenalin pumping and action packed, be sure to check out Furious 7 coming to DVD/BluRay/streaming on September 15th. The film also marks the late Paul Walker’s last appearance in the franchise.

18. Pitch Perfect 2 DVD
Prepare to get pitch slapped, because THEY’RE BACK, PITCHES. I could go on and on, but I won’t because I don’t want to keep you from grabbing your must-have copy of the sequel we’ve all been waiting for out on DVD/BluRay/streaming on September 22nd.
19. Dumplin’, by Julie Murphy
