Hitting the CW on Thursday, October 8th is the long awaited return of TVD, this time without Nina Dobrev’s Elena. The gang take a Euro vacation to distract themselves, but all in all it’ll be interesting to see how everyone carries on in Elena’s absence, especially the Salvatore brothers.

Nicole Dollanganger, Natural Born Loser

As the young protege of electro indie it girl Grimes, fellow Canadian Nicole Dollanganger has been much buzzed about as of late in anticipation of the release of her first full length album, Natural Born Loser. The doll faced singer has a voice to match, but don’t be fooled–her lyrics can be intense and emotional, and often dark. Nicole has the distinction of being the first artist on Grimes new recored label Eerie Organization which is releasing Natural Born Loser, out Friday, October 9th.
