1. High School Musical: The Musical: The Series
High School Musical: The Musical: The Series introduces members of the drama club and their faculty advisors as they prepare for the opening night of the musicals they stage at East High School. 2. Gossip Girl
Gossip Girl is a spin-off of the 2007 Gossip Girl series. The show follows the lives of affluent teen students who live, work, and play in the Upper East side of New York City. The protagonist is an anonymous character whose pen name goes by Gossip Girl. GG (as the name of Gossip Girl is often referred to) is a cunning and enigmatic blogger who spills all the latest scandals and secrets of others. The show is jam-packed with backstabbing, mystery, deceit, romance, and drama. Who wouldn’t love this show, with its seemingly endless drama, mystery, and scandal? 3. One of Us is Lying
One of Us is Lying is based on the New York Times bestselling novel by author Karen M. McManus. The premise is a classic who-done-it but with a youthful and edgy twist. The story centers around five high schoolers: Simon, Copper, Nate, Addy, and Bronwyn. During their stint in detention, Simon is murdered, thus leaving the other four remaining students under suspicion. 4. Never Have I Ever
A teenager of Indian descent seeks to improve her social standing after a difficult and traumatic year, but her friends, family, and emotions only complicate her life. YEM appreciates this series as it features a diverse cast with strong Indian and Asian representation.
